Damen Avenue Chicago, Illinois 60625 (773) 534-2320 Q3 Evening School Registration Dates: January 19, 20, 21, 25, 26, 27, 28 and February 1, 2, 2010 ( 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.). Q3 Evening School Dates: February 3, 2010 to March 24, 2010 Classes Meet Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (3:35 pm to 6:05 pm) Please note the following attendance policy changes: Students must attend at least 24 of the 26 evening school sessions in order to qualify for credit. Student may only miss at most 2 sessions and will be automatically dropped on the 3rd absence. Please do not sign up for evening school unless you are able to meet the attendance requirements and abide by our school rules. English: Survey Literature, American Literature, British Literature, World Literature Mathematics: Algebra I, Geometry, Advanced Algebra with Trigonometry Social Science: World Studies, US History, Cont Amer History, Modern World Hist Science: Biology, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Physics World Language: Spanish I, Spanish II Contact Ms. Ortiz or Mr. Nguyen if you have any questions. You must have a referral form and an unofficial transcript from your school couselor. $25 Cash or Money Order (No personal checks), nonrefundable after first day of class Student can earned 1/2 credit for either semester 1 or 2.
