Blue Cross is organizing a One Day Challenge and would love to host up to 24 students. Please identify junior students from your class (Lumity’s last year sophomores).

Below are the details of the day and the agenda is attached.

Details of the event:

Corporate Host
Location: 300 East Randolph, Floor 30th Chicago, IL 60601
Date: Nov 15th, 2019
Breakfast, snacks and lunch will be provided
Start time 8:30 am (Please notice that the event starts at 8:30 am with a networking breakfast, so please plan to arrive at 8:15 am so we have a few minutes to go through security and be escorted to the conference room).
End time: 1:30 pm (it could take about 10 minutes to go down the elevator to take the school bus, so please allow time for this)
The students will be working on a challenge concept based on BCBSIL core business (topic will be informed soon).
BlueCross will require students’ families to sign a photo consent (please find it attached). If a student doesn’t have the photo release, they can still attend, and we will make sure that the student is not in a photo that BlueCross will post on social media
Dress Code: Casual
As a reminder, the school will be in charge of booking the bus
Could you please let me know as soon as possible if this date will work for you? If so, we will need the list of students and chaperones by Nov. 4th.
