Mathematics
The Amundsen High School Math Department believes that mathematics is an essential skill for all students. The department strives to help students developing critical thinking and problem solving skills. The math curriculum stresses conceptual understanding and problem solving, which along with the MYP emphasis on inquiry and real-world applications, help students develop the skills needed to be college and career ready.
