Parents, join Friends of Amundsen on Wednesday, April 3, at 6:30pm, for a virtual online panel presentation from Compass Chicago Adolescent Program Leaders. This workshop will help foster open and candid communication between parents and their teens around the topics of stress and anxiety related to school and teens’ social lives. Parents will learn practical strategies that they can share with their teens.

Please join our Visual and Performing Arts Departments for this exciting annual showcase of IB Senior Art and Music on Thursday, March 14th, from 5pm until 7pm. This event is open to the entire AHS Community and IB Senior families are especially encouraged to attend. We hope to see you there!

Join AHS Seeds of Change for four days of green-thumb fun as we transform our Amundsen campus by removing invasive species, planting more perennials, and nurturing our tree canopy:

Join Friends of Amundsen on Monday, May 7 (rescheduled from 3/18), at 6:30pm at Amundsen for a presentation by Matty May, a certified professional life and leadership coach. This session, focused on the importance of confidence and techniques for building more of it, will benefit parents and teens alike.

There are loads of awesome items up for bid, and all the auction proceeds support programs for all Amundsen students. Everyone can participate—let the bidding begin!
